Shipping policy
Processing Times
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding British Columbia statutory holidays).
- Orders placed in the evening or on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.
- Some orders may ship in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.
- If an item is out of stock or on back-order, we'll get in touch to discuss your options: waiting for the item, substituting with an alternative, or receiving a full refund.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- You can estimate your shipping cost during checkout by entering your address and selecting a carrier.
- As a small business, we're currently unable to offer free or flat-rate shipping — though that may change down the road!
Carriers, Estimates & Tracking
- We ship via Canada Post. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days depending on your location; remote areas may take a little longer.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Keep in mind there may be a 24–48 hour delay between label creation and carrier pickup.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by the carrier, weather, service level, or other factors outside our control — we appreciate your patience!
Delivery Issues
- Please double-check that your shipping address, including any unit or suite number, is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you'll be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
- We are not liable for loss or delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Ownership and risk transfer to you when the package is picked up by the carrier.
- If your order is marked as delivered but you can't locate your package, please contact the carrier first to initiate a trace or submit a claim, then contact us with your order number and claim details and we'll do our best to help. Please note that resolution is subject to the carrier's investigation process and policies.
Return Shipping
- If you need to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll be in touch regarding next steps.
