Do you offer products for my bike?
DIRT-EH currently makes tools and parts for KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas dirt bikes, with more makes on the way. If we don't have something for your bike yet, get in touch. If enough riders are asking for the same thing, it gets made.
Something I want isn't available for my specific make or model. Can you make it?
Possibly. A lot of what we make is designed to be adapted for different bikes with minimal effort. If you're riding something we don't cover yet, contact us and let us know what you need. We track these requests and they directly influence what gets developed next.
How do I know if a product fits my bike?
Every product page lists the exact makes, models, and years it's compatible with. If your bike isn't listed and you're not sure, get in touch before ordering and we'll tell you straight up whether it fits.
Where are your products made?
Everything is designed and manufactured in British Columbia, Canada.
What are your shipping times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped via Canada Post. Delivery generally takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number once your order is on its way. For full details, check our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship to the US?
Not yet, but it's on the radar. Canada is the focus for now. If you're in the US and want to be notified when we open up cross-border shipping, get in touch.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original condition. Custom or special orders aren't eligible for return. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us as soon as you open the box. We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right, we'll fix it or replace it. No runaround.
I have an idea for a product. Do you take requests?
Yes, and we mean it. The contact form isn't just for support. It's one of the ways new products get added to the lineup. If you've got a problem that needs solving, tell us about it.
