Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your are returning a defective product under warranty.

To start a return or if you have any return-related questions, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom or personalized products and special orders. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies, feel free to contact us, we're here to help.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Warranty

We stand behind our products. If something arrives with a manufacturing defect or fails in a way that feels premature, contact us and we'll work to fix or replace it. We want you to feel good about what you've purchased.
